No Right of Withdrawal for Food & Beverages

Due to the nature of our products, food and beverages are not eligible for returns or refunds, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

All purchases of Legendary Drinks are therefore final once delivered and cannot be returned or refunded after shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order:

• arrives damaged, or

• you receive an incorrect product

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We kindly ask that you include photos so we can assess the issue quickly.

If the claim is approved, we will offer either:

• a replacement product, or

• a refund
